We have done this work on ourselves and continue to do so. As coaches we have the skill set to guide you. Our commitment to ourselves, our families, our friends and everyone we encounter, is to be in integrity and be authentic. After decades of studying, combined with the wisdom of our experiences, that include a plethora of personal challenges in our own lives, we concluded that everyone has the power to keep the light within them glowing brightly, if they have the proper knowledge, tools and mindset.

Roz Weiss, B.S., M.S. has been involved in holistic healing since 1984 when she assisted her husband Don, a chiropractor, in creating Weiss Holistic Health Center. Her focus has always been to reach out and connect with others in a profound and meaningful way.

As a Life Coach and meditation teacher, she integrates body, mind and spirit. She has combined 25 years of experience to develop a unique practice, “Inward Bound,” that honors the internal wisdom of each client. She guides her clients to understand and heal their personal wounds, find emotional freedom and shift their perception, to transform their lives.
Roz has an innate understanding of the human condition and has experienced personal transformation through the processes that she uses to support others through their journey. She has mastered the ability to extract the blessings provided from all of life’s challenges. Her extensive personal growth work, led her to the processes that she uses. These processes have had such a profound effect on her that she has made it her life’s purpose to share this valuable work with others.
Jane studied meditation with Roz, twenty years ago. They remained friends, and have collaborated on this exciting retreat.
Jane Singh, B.S., Wellness Coach, was motivated to learn about healing bodies naturally when she became a mother. Her first born had medical issues; many ear and sinus infections, and was prescribed over ten rounds of antibiotics before he was three. This adversely affected his immune system. She sought out alternative methods of healing, which were profoundly effective. This put her on a path to more natural ways of healing and prevention. Jane is a lifelong athlete, athletic coach, certified health coach and meditation guide. She loves the practice of yoga, and is certified to teach both kids and adults.
She has an operations mind and is interested in sharing the how and the why about the inner workings of the mind and body. Her life’s purpose is to share her knowledge about wellness with as many people as she can.
